Managing Director, American Chamber of Commerce in Sweden
Peter R. Dahlen is the Managing Director of the American Chamber of Commerce in Sweden and a Director of The European Council of American Chambers of Commerce (ECACC). He is also a regular lecturer at the Stockholm University Law Faculty on U.S. law and public policy.
After moving to Sweden, Peter was named to the position of General Counsel at VSMarket, and subsequently the Director of Business Development and Public Affairs at TransLegal.
Previously, while in the U.S., Peter served as a Senate Judiciary Committee Counsel to then Senator Joseph R. Biden, Jr. and provided legal and legislative advice to Senator Biden on a wide range of subjects. His portfolio included intellectual property, criminal law, privacy, election and campaign finance law, Internet crime and security, and critical infrastructure protection.
Originally from Delaware, Peter has worked on several political campaigns, including Senator Biden's 1996 campaign. He received his legal education in the United States at The Catholic University of America and a Master’s in European Intellectual Property Law from Stockholm University. He is admitted to the District of Columbia and Maryland Bars.
Reverend Jesse Jackson

The Reverend Jesse Louis Jackson, Sr., Founder, and President of the Rainbow PUSH Coalition is one of the foremost civil rights, religious and political figures of our time. For nearly 50 years, he has played a pivotal role in virtually every movement for peace, civil rights, empowerment, gender equality, and economic and social justice the world over. A testament to the breadth and depth of his works can best be expressed by two of the highest honors he has received. In 2000, President Bill Clinton awarded the nation’s highest civilian honor, the Presidential Medal of Freedom, to Reverend Jackson; and, in 2013, the South African government bestowed upon him their highest civilian honor, their National Order, the Companions of OR Tambo.
Reverend Jackson is known for bringing people together on common ground across lines of race, faith, gender, culture, and class. In 1965, he became a full-time organizer for the Southern Christian Leadership Conference (SCLC), and was soon, thereafter, appointed by Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. to direct the Operation Breadbasket program.
For his work in human and civil rights and nonviolent social change, Reverend Jackson has received more than 40 honorary doctorate degrees and frequently lectures at major colleges and universities including Howard, Yale, Princeton, Morehouse, Harvard.

Henrik is the Chair of the Swedish American Chamber of Commerce in Austin and an Advisory Council Member of The Great Listening. A serial entrepreneur, Henrik is also the CEO and co-founder of Boundless, a marketing and branding company, a co-founder of Outbound Engine and the Startup Games.
Born and raised in Sweden, Henrik has now been an entrepreneur in the US for 20 years.

Silky co-hosts the talk radio show Coming to America, which explores immigration issues and other issues relevant to Houstonians. In 2017 Silky ran for the US House of Representatives in Texas’ 2nd District, and continues to be involved around Houston. She has previous experience at MD Anderson Cancer Center where she worked in cancer research and conducted community outreach programs at LBJ hospital.
A native Houstonian, Silky has bachelor’s degrees in psychology and sociology from the University of Houston, and an MBA from the Texas A&M school system.

Niklas Nordstrom has a broad background in business and politics and is currently Mayor in the city of Luleå. He is chairman of the board for Business Sweden.
Mayor Nordstrom worked to broaden the relations and international partnerships for Luleå. In collaboration with Austin, Texas, he opened doors for the Luleå University of Technology, which has received several prestigious awards since he took office including Placebrander of the year and Growth Municipality of the year. Mayor Nordstrom is 48 years old and has two adult children.

Gerald Torres is a leading figure in critical race theory, environmental law, and federal Indian Law.
